I am a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College with a master's degree in psychology, and my passion for helping others shows in the way we approach customer service and education, we truly enjoy making insurance simple and meaningful for our customers.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are. I've volunteered with organizations like Sheetz Family Christmas, the Salvation Army, the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank, and the Red Cross. During the summer, my team and I stay active in Allegheny and Washington Counties, participating in local events and giving back to the neighborhoods we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Teresa Tucker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
