Everyone has an important role in accomplishing these objectives! In the Accounting Department Assistant role, the following activities are performed:


  • Providing administrative support for the Accounting Department in the areas of Financial Reporting, Property, and Tax, along with other administrative duties for the Accounting Department.

  • Assisting with various activities associated with the Company's continuous improvement initiative.

  • Managing workflows and tracking systems, updating reports, assisting with presentation development, scheduling meetings and managing calendars, and performing other general administrative activities.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, Office administrative experience is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and assist multiple team members are required. We are seeking candidates who are motivated and have an eye for detail. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The expected base compensation for this role is $36,000 - $45,000 USD annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
