We're a growing international environmental company specializing in manufacturing high -quality solutions for water and air purification, with operations across the United States including our expanding Buffalo, NY facility.

Reporting directly to the Director, you'll handle core accounting functions including payroll preparation, accounts payable/receivable, sales invoicing, purchase order processing, and support in preparing monthly profit and loss statements. You'll work alongside an experienced Accounts Assistant in a supportive environment, with specific training provided <\/b> to help you grow your skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of accounting experience who wants to gain hands -on exposure in an international organization, broaden their accounting knowledge, and take on increasing responsibilities.

You Will
<\/h3>

• Prepare and process payroll using <\/span> Paylocity <\/b><\/span>(or similar payroll systems)
  <\/li>
• Handle <\/span> sales invoicing <\/b><\/span> and manage customer billing
  <\/li>
• Process purchase orders and manage full -cycle <\/span> accounts payable <\/b><\/span>(vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations)
  <\/li>
• Manage <\/span> accounts receivable <\/b><\/span>(invoicing, collections, customer payments, reconciliations)
  <\/li>
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in <\/span> SAP <\/b><\/span>(or similar ERP systems like QuickBooks)
  <\/li>
• Assist with monthly financial close processes, including preparation support for profit and loss statements
  <\/li>
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely & accurate financial transactions
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with the Director and Accounts Assistant on day -to -day operations

  Requirements & Experience
  <\/h3>

  • 2+ years <\/b><\/span> of experience in an accounting/administrative role with direct <\/span> payroll responsibilities <\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Hands -on experience preparing payroll using <\/span> Paylocity <\/b><\/span>(strongly preferred) or similar payroll software
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in <\/span> accounts payable <\/b> , <\/span> accounts receivable <\/b> , sales invoicing, and purchase order processing
    <\/li>
  • Working knowledge of accounting/ERP systems such as <\/span> SAP <\/b> , <\/span> QuickBooks <\/b> , and advanced <\/span> Excel <\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline -driven environment
    <\/li>
  • Comfortable with data entry and financial record -keeping
    <\/li>
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic international organization
