Job Description

Administrative Assistant to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) We are a multifaceted team managing multiple companies within one umbrella organization. Due to our growth, we seek a highly organized and proactive executive assistant for the CFO to provide administrative and strategic support. Job Overview: The Executive Assistant to the CFO will ensure smooth operations of the Finance Department by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and supporting the CFO's effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Manage the CFO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documents Serve as the primary contact between the CFO and stakeholders Organize executive meetings, including agendas and minutes Handle confidential information with discretion Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives Support financial department operations with administrative tasks Draft and review correspondence for the CFO Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in finance or corporate environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Administrative Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr Seasons Kosher Supermarket
