Administrative Specialist – Contract, long-term

Your Day-to-Day:
• Assist the department with the daily workflow
• Perform basic, routine administrative duties following well-defined standard procedures,
assist with document processing, and assist in compiling special reports and requests for
information from other areas.
• Maintain filing and record keeping systems.
• Must possess the ability to process data quickly and accurately, have superior organizational
skills, and communicate effectively, both written and orally, with all levels of management and
vendors.
• Maintain confidentiality of company matters and data as required.
• Other tasks as needed
Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
• High School Diploma or educational equivalent.
• Demonstrates proficiency with computers and the use of office-oriented equipment and
software.
• Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational
marijuana as well as CBD oil), and employment testing.
• Local to the area, no relocation or per diem offered
