We are looking for motivated individuals looking to grow with our company, and team members that we can invest in to create skilled professionals intent on always improving who will impact our clients, the tree care industry, and our company.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with administrative staff to communicate with, and schedule hard or soft appointments from warm leads the company receives.
• Assess and Evaluate potential clients properties and trees in order to determine and estimate/propose potential PHC Treatments, Hazards, necessary pruning, or removals.
• Perform Arborist Consultation services such as health assessments, risk assessments, Tree Inventories, and Tree Protection Plans.
• Maintain and account for all tools and equipment used in daily operations
• Educate clients and prospective clients on proper tree care and it's value.
• Stay current with tree care best practices and the current and evolving science effecting arboriculture.
• Ensure adherence to all job safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with production crews as it relates to scope of work and job planning.
• Manage Customer Expectations
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• ISA Arborist Certification (or ability to obtain one within a month of hire) required. TRAQ Certification, A degree in arboriculture, forestry, or industry related industry is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• 1-5 years of Estimation and Sales Experience in a related industry
• Be familiar with electrical hazards
• Demonstrate familiarity with ANSI standards
