Job Title: Assembler I
Location: Pomona, CA
Pay: $20/hour
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 8-hour shift

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembler to join their production team. This hands-on role involves assembly, packaging, filling, and preparation of reagents and products. You'll work with equipment like Masterflex pumps, follow detailed instructions, and rotate through various tasks on the production floor.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment, including Masterflex pumps.
• Assemble, package, fill, and prep products following written work orders.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
• Complete accurate documentation (mostly written, not digital).
• Follow GMP/QSR guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Lift up to 15 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in assembly, filling, or packaging (pharma or medical device preferred but not required; food manufacturing experience acceptable).
• Ability to read and follow work orders and written instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills (minimal Excel).
• High school diploma or GED.
