The role of Assistant Dean and Chief Financial & Administrative Officer involves overseeing financial, administrative, and operational functions of the school, reporting directly to the Dean. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
  • 8-13 years of related experience, including supervisory/managerial experience.
  • Experience in academic personnel administration, strategic planning, facilities management, and higher education preferred.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information, with knowledge of data protection laws.
  • Strong skills in metrics development, project management, conflict resolution, financial analysis, and interpersonal leadership.
