Key Responsibilities

You will be an important member of our trial team. One of your primary roles will be to assist the senior attorney in trial in the following capacities:

• Collaborate with senior attorney and legal team on complex civil litigation matters
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Prepare, draft, and argue Motions and Responses including Summary Judgment Oppositions, Motions in Limine, and Reply Motions
• Argue legal issues prior to and during trial

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license
• Civil litigation & courtroom experience
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Strong Legal Research & Writing Skills : Ability to analyze complex legal issues and draft clear, persuasive legal documents
• Courtroom Confidence : Comfortable appearing in court, arguing motions, and representing clients with professionalism
