Associate Attorney — Los Angeles (Onsite)

What You’ll Do

• Draft and respond to written discovery and review document productions.
• Handle law & motion work, including drafting and arguing motions in court.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, case management conferences, and ex parte requests.
• Collaborate on case strategy, including opportunities for trial prep and dispositive motion practice.
• Participate in e-discovery and ongoing case management.

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Up to 1 year of litigation experience in California courts
• Strong writing, argument, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable in a paperless legal environment
• Spanish bilingualism is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to travel within California for court appearances, inspections, and depositions
• Passion for consumer advocacy and a hunger to grow as a litigator
