Associate Quality Engineer

Location: Hartland, WI

Shift: M-F, business hours (fully on-site)

Pay: $30-36/HR, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a range of quality assurance activities, including CAPAs, deviations, validations, SCARs, and investigations into out-of-specification results.
• Collaborate with external validation partners on performance qualification (PQ) validations.
• Thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment handling multiple product categories such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetics (e.g., syringes, canisters, shampoo).
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage several projects concurrently.
• Engage directly on the production floor in a hands-on capacity (no supervisory responsibilities).

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of quality assurance experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry (experience with cosmetics is a plus).
• Solid understanding of GMP, GDP, and applicable drug product regulations.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with active equipment and machinery.
• Proven ability to multitask, manage priorities effectively, and communicate clearly.

This role is contract to hire with permanent employment offered upon completion, based on attendance and effort.
