We are looking for a highly performing Attorney to join our Cheyenne team and contribute to our firm’s continued success.
*What You Will Be Doing*
As a Family Law Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier legal counsel and courtroom advocacy while ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
* Represent clients in family law litigation, including hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
* Develop and execute effective case strategies in high-stakes legal matters.
* Conduct consultations with potential clients, providing legal insights and clarity.
* Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring compliance with deadlines and court requirements.
* Oversee legal research, discovery, pleadings, motions, and trial preparation.
* Communicate with clients regularly, offering updates and guidance throughout their case.
* Mentor and collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure quality case management.
* Participate in firm-wide case meetings and strategic planning discussions.
This position is ideal for attorneys who excel in litigation and value both advocacy and building strong client relationships.

*Who We’re Looking For*
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated attorney with:
* Active & in good standing *Wyoming Bar Licensure*
* *3+ years of litigation experience in Wyoming*
* *Bilingual (Spanish/English)* – preferred
* Strong courtroom and litigation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office & legal case management software
* Ability to manage high-volume caseloads & meet deadlines

Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
