We proudly partner with some of the most reputable and high-quality boat brands in the industry, including Tidewater, Sailfish, Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki , and many more. Our commitment is to ensure every customer finds the perfect match for their on-the-water adventures.

What You'll Do:

• Consult with prospective customers to understand their boating needs and guide them through our diverse selection of new and pre-owned boats.
• Showcase the features and benefits of our top-tier brands, leveraging your product knowledge.
• Manage the entire sales process with the help of our finance and service departments.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Contribute to a positive, customer-focused atmosphere at our Fort Myers.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven success in a sales role, preferably within the marine, automotive, or luxury goods industry.
• A strong passion for boating and an understanding of different vessel types.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

We acquired San Carlos Marine in 2021 and then Gulf Marine Ways - Yachtworks Ft Myers Beach in 2023 (our shipyard with a 150-ton marine travel lift).
