Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Brand Ambassador to represent our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in building brand recognition, driving engagement, and creating positive customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face environments and enjoys engaging with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at promotional events, retail locations, and campaigns
• Communicate key product benefits and brand messaging clearly and effectively
• Engage with potential customers, answer inquiries, and provide detailed product information
• Assist in setting up and organizing event materials or displays
• Collect and report feedback from customers to improve brand strategies
• Support marketing team initiatives and collaborate with internal departments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all brand offerings and promotions

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience in customer service, promotions, or sales is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, approachable, and confident demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
• Reliable transportation to travel to event locations
