Job Overview:
As a Brand Ambassador (Independent Contractor), you will be the face of The Company, educating consumers and dispensary staff about our products, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales. This contract-based role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in social environments and have a deep passion for cannabis.
Responsibilities:
● Represent the company at dispensary pop-ups, events, and brand activations.
● Educate retail customers and dispensary staff on our products, brand values, and industry trends.
● Drive product awareness and encourage sales through engaging interactions.
● Build and maintain positive relationships with dispensary partners and retail teams.
● Collect customer feedback and provide reports on events and market trends.
● Ensure all activities comply with New York State cannabis regulations.
Qualifications:
● Must be 21+ years old and legally authorized to work in New York.
● Passion for the cannabis industry with knowledge of products, strains, and consumption methods.
● Outgoing, personable, and confident in engaging with customers.
● Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
● Prior experience in sales, brand representation, or event marketing is a plus.
● Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different dispensary locations.
