About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst who can operate at the intersection of data, development, and strategy. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with strong business acumen to deliver data-driven insights and scalable solutions. This is a high-impact role that will support strategic initiatives within the Pricing & Revenue Operations function by building intelligent tools and delivering actionable analytics to senior leaders.

What You’ll Do:

Develop intuitive and sophisticated BI tools to provide automation and data intelligence for analysts, leadership, and executive teams
Design, build, and maintain scalable data integration pipelines using APIs to transform and load data from multiple systems
Utilize Power BI features such as bookmarks and drill-through to create compelling, interactive data experiences
Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations
Use SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, and SAP HANA to manage large datasets and build custom queries and dashboards
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, data science, and product teams to define testing criteria and execute implementation plans
Drive decision-making processes by communicating findings to stakeholders across departments

What You Need to Succeed:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related discipline
Advanced skills with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel; SnapLogic experience is a plus
Strong understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices
High proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and drive complex projects to completion
Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working with global teams
High intellectual curiosity with a strong drive for continuous learning and innovation
