Salary: 65,000-80,000
The Campus Recruiter owns the sourcing, selection, and development of College Financial Representatives in the greater San Diego area. Key responsibilities of this role include building quality relationships at local universities, attending community and campus events, conducting interviews to determine a mutual fit for the Northwestern Mutual internship program, and providing an impactful program experience to enable students to explore a career in financial services.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree required. 2-3 years progressively responsible work experience required, preferably in sales, recruiting or financial services industry. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others. Ability to apply discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to learn various software programs quickly. Experience with social media and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Handshake) preferred. Passion for mentorship and helping students realize their career potential. Willingness to travel within the greater San Diego area and flexible in working hours to accommodate campus events and interviews. This is an in-person position.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
