Job Description
The Cannabis Sales Associate plays a key role in driving the success of our retail dispensary through exceptional customer engagement, expert product knowledge, and consistent achievement of sales goals. This role is responsible for maintaining high sales performance standards, including meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Order Value (AOV) and Units per Transaction (UPT).
In addition to driving sales, the Sales Associate supports day-to-day store operations including cash handling, order fulfillment, inventory processing, and ensuring a high standard of hospitality and compliance at all times.
This position includes a base hourly rate of $19.00/hour, plus average tips ranging between $7.00–$14.00/hour, depending on performance and store volume.
