Carver Ridge , a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a
Caregiver/HHA/CNA - Part Time PM - to join our growing team.
Carver Ridge Senior Living is located just outside the heart of downtown Carver, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 70-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part-Time PM shift ((3-11pm)
HHA Wage: $17-$22/HR
CNA Wage: $19-$24/HR

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
- CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
