Verify VIN, cost, year, make, model, etc. Review, approve, and initiate customer equity payments; submit lien payoffs via checks or Dealer Track Portal Provide administrative support to management, other Sonic locations, vendors, and staff as needed Qualifications Knowledge of CDK and dealership accounting preferred Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Strong interpersonal and communication skills Computer literacy with accurate and heavy data entry skills Self-motivated with effective task prioritization and scheduling High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of DMV requirements is a plus Ability to read and understand instructions and information Good judgment Authorized to work in the USA Ability to perform duties safely Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, valid driver’s license) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sonic Automotive
