We’re looking for someone like you to help propel change management and business processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences. As a Change Manager and Requirements Analyst, you’ll work to develop change management assets. Working with your team of engineers and testers, alongside user experience specialists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to the DoD. You Have: 3+ years of experience in a technical and government setting, 3+ years of experience with performing process improvement actions, Experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Experience with gathering system requirements, Experience with performing technical writing and creating technical reports, Experience with using ticketing systems and change request registries, Ability to support change management board meetings, including inviting stakeholders and documenting processes, TS/SCI clearance, HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience in change management and requirements analysis, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in change management and requirements analysis. Nice If You Have: Experience in monitoring and setting KPIs to ensure performance measures are effective, Master's degree, CCMP or similar change management Certification, ITIL Foundations Certification. Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
