The Digital Transformation Change Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of new ways of working as the company transitions to its next-generation operating platform. This role exists to drive the people side of change across one of the company’s most critical initiatives—focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and behavior adoption to ensure that the technology transformation delivers lasting business value. Through proactive change planning, close partnership with functional leaders, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, the Change Manager helps teams navigate change, minimize resistance, and build sustained commitment to transformation goals.
Responsibilities :
• Define, evolve, and implement the change management strategy to support enterprise transformation goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Integrate change plans with broader digital transformation milestones and timelines to drive cohesive execution.
• Build trust with senior leaders, functional teams, and transformation stakeholders to promote alignment, secure buy-in, and address concerns early.
• Develop and deliver clear, consistent messaging that connects the “why” behind changes to individual and team impact.
• Lead the implementation of detailed change plans, including readiness assessments, training plans, and feedback loops across business units.
• Track adoption, identify resistance or gaps, and adjust strategies to ensure successful uptake and minimal disruption.
• Drive behavioral change by supporting teams through the emotional and operational impacts of change, fostering a forward-looking, adaptable culture.
• Equip employees and leaders with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to operate effectively in the future state.
• Develop and deploy scalable, role-specific training to support adoption, working closely with functional leads and subject matter experts to ensure relevance and clarity.
