About the Role

Candidates for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company should have an MD or DO degree, with an MBA and/or relevant business experience preferred. A minimum of 10 years in healthcare leadership is required, with a strong background in clinical execution, enterprise value creation, and scaling commercial solutions. The role demands an individual with excellent leadership skills, the ability to think strategically, and a proven record of delivering innovative clinical solutions. Experience in value-based care, commercial health plan product design, and a deep commitment to compliance, safety, and quality care are essential.
