Overview

Included Health is hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO who is equal parts strategic partner and operator. Youll run the Office of the CEO and act as a force multipliertranslating strategy into sequenced execution across the organization. Youll architect and enforce our executive operating cadence (ELT, OKRs, board) so decisions tie to unit economics, run-rateand then turn those decisions into clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes. As the CEOs proxy in key forums, youll craft narratives, consolidate signal from Finance/FP&A and Operations, and drive cross-functional programs. Success looks like faster cycles from decision to impact, higher CEO leverage, and durable execution at scale.

Compensation

The United States new hire base salary target range for this full-time position is:

Zone D: $226,616 288,938 + bonus + equity + benefits

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Healths commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.

Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zones unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
