The Cleaning Staff role involves keeping the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms, keeping all guest-facing areas free of trash, restocking restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed. Responsibilities include distributing trash bins before events, replacing trash liners during events, removing trash bins after events, following cleaning checklists assigned by venue management, keeping work areas neat and orderly, cleaning equipment, assisting with other cleaning duties, participating in the venue’s sustainability program, collecting recycling items and trash before, during, and after shows, stocking necessary items before guests enter the venue, notifying management of deficiencies or repair needs, ensuring the venue is show ready before fans arrive, cleaning up spills, complying with safety regulations, and being responsible for assigned areas during shifts such as backstage, seating areas, plazas, restrooms, VIP Club, parking lots, and exterior areas. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, high motivation, ability to work independently, physical ability to walk constantly, climb stairs, lift and carry 50 lbs+, and occasional sitting. Experience working in high-energy, fast-paced environments with large crowds and loud music outdoors is preferred, with 2+ years of janitorial or equivalent experience.
