Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Indoor Sports Focus Preferred)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction. Experience in indoor sports facilities is a plus. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of their projects, communicate effectively across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates local to Columbus are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare estimates and support budgeting processes as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and smooth communication.
• Problem-solve independently and maintain accountability across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects; experience with indoor sports facilities is a strong plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle competing priorities.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling and project management tools.
