Commission-Based Fencing Sales Representative

Middle Tennessee (Nashville Metro & Surrounding Areas)

100% Commission – Earn 20% of Gross Profit Per Sale

Are you a motivated, independent sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building relationships? We’re a growing fencing contractor in Middle Tennessee seeking commission-only sales reps who are ready to grow with us.

✅ What You’ll Do:

• Sell residential and commercial fencing solutions (wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, etc.)
• Meet with property owners, contractors, and business owners (B2C and B2B)
• Manage the sales cycle: estimate, follow-up, close, install, referral/review
• Develop your own lead sources while working company-supplied verified leads weekly

• Commission-Only Structure: Earn 20% of gross profit per job sold – high earning potential

You Are a Good Fit If You:

• Have prior sales experience (home improvement, construction, or fencing a big plus)
• Are a self-starter with strong communication and closing skills
• Are comfortable with commission-only structure and performance-based rewards
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Can generate leads through networking, partnerships, or referrals

Income Potential:

Top reps are earning $75K–$125K+ annually depending on effort and territory activity. The more you sell, the more you earn — no cap.
