Concrete Finishers, Carpenters, and Rebar Installers Location: Utica, Ohio (Single Commercial Project Site) Company: Power Labor Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: Power Labor is currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers, Carpenters, and Rebar Installers to join our team for a single-site, commercial construction project in Utica, Ohio. We are looking for reliable, hardworking tradespeople who are committed to showing up every day and delivering quality work in a professional setting. Primary Responsibilities: Concrete Finishers: Perform all aspects of concrete work, including setting forms, pouring, and finishing flatwork and structural concrete. Use hand tools and power finishing tools to ensure high-quality finishes. Interpret blueprints and site instructions accurately. Carpenters (Concrete/Framing): Install and dismantle formwork for footers, walls, columns, and concrete decks. Cut, shape, and assemble wood and metal framing components as needed for commercial structures. Follow construction drawings and specifications. Rebar Installers: Cut, bend, tie, and position rebar and reinforcing steel according to project requirements. Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings for correct rebar placement. Operate standard rebar tools and machinery safely. Preferred Additional Experience: General concrete labor (assisting finishers, grading, moving materials). Experience with concrete carpentry and form setting. Position Requirements: Must have prior experience in concrete finishing, rebar installation, and carpentry. Must have your own tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, gloves, and work boots. Must be dependable with consistent daily attendance. Ability to work full-time in a physically demanding, outdoor commercial construction environment.
