The Role This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to define and scale the voice of one of the most provocative AI brands. As our Content Creator , you’ll be the face and engine behind Artisan’s content machine. You’ll create and starring in videos, driving virality across platforms, and ensuring our content fuels growth. Virality is the metric that matters most here. We don’t just want content; we want content that travels. You’ll Create LinkedIn content: Write for our CEO, founders, and functional leaders. Be our on-camera presence: Star in (and script/edit) our YouTube videos, TikToks, and Instagram Reels. Master cross-channel management: Own our presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. Engineer virality: Spot cultural moments, startup trends, and memes - then spin them into viral loops that amplify our brand. Run the workflow: Build and manage the content calendar, production process, and distribution systems to keep us shipping daily. Own our newsletter: Lead our daily AI newsletter, working with copywriters to curate and create content that informs, entertains, and grows subscribers. Experiment relentlessly: Test formats, hooks, thumbnails, and scripts to maximize reach and resonance. Collaborate with leadership: Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to craft bold, category-defining narratives. What You Bring A deep obsession with social media & startups: You’re in the weeds on TikTok trends, LinkedIn virality hacks, and what’s going viral in SaaS/startup land. On-camera charisma: You’re confident being the face of content - funny, bold, and willing to take risks. Copywriting chops: You can write sharp hooks, clever captions, and engaging posts that stop the scroll. Editing skills: Comfortable with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) and quick turnarounds. Proven track record of creating content that hits millions of views. A data-driven mindset: You know your way around analytics and can double down on what works.
