Position Title:
Contract Recruiter ONSITE in Columbus, OH Pay $26-30/hr 6 month Contract
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a timely and efficient process. Manage candidate communications, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. Draft and post job descriptions and advertisements that attract qualified candidates. Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual’s skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
