Cost Accountant

Salary: $70,000-$90,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on production costs, inventory transactions, and material usage.
• Develop, maintain, and update standard cost models.
• Support month-end close by preparing journal entries and reconciliations related to cost accounting.
• Provide detailed variance analysis and identify areas for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams on pricing and budgeting.
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts, ensuring accurate valuation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cost Accountant , preferably in a manufacturing environment.
