Primary Job Duties
As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various technical crew scheduling functions and activities.
+ Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
+ Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously with heavy phone call and chat volume
+ Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
+ Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes
+ Communicate and problem solve with other departments to provide an efficient operation
Minimum Requirements

+ Desktop PC/Computer experience required

+ People oriented with a positive and cooperative attitude
+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, early mornings, afternoons, and graveyard shifts)

+ Demonstrated stable work history with reliable attendance
+ Provide a one-year commitment to the position
+ Call center or related experience a plus
+ Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Physical and Other Requirements
+ We are hiring for classes that begin on 10/7/25 and 11/4/25.
+ Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
+ Must have not received a regret for the same position in the last 90 days. Applications are only considered every 90 days
+ This job is not remote. Candidates must reside near or relocate to St. George, UT by the start of class.
+ This is not a Department of Transportation Safety Sensitive position.
