Job Description

A leading company is seeking a Customer Service Engineering Manager for their David City, NE manufacturing facility. This role involves overseeing and improving the warranty process to ensure adherence to internal and customer-specific procedures, minimizing unexpected warranty expenses, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Salary for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience) + monthly bonus!

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Train Warranty Administrators to proactively identify problem trends from warranty data.
• Interface with Engineering, Purchasing/Materials, and Production Management to identify opportunities for product improvement through design, vendor, and process reviews.
• Support internal reporting systems for warranty review across all company locations and products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address and resolve priority warranty and quality issues.

Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and trailer parts.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple job assignments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and similar applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Technical Degree in a related field and 5 years of progressive engineering experience.
