Customer Service Representative – Order Management & Sales Support

Job Summary:
A well-established company in the manufacturing and logistics industry is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and communication.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
• Enter and manage sales orders using QuickBooks
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and delivery timelines
• Coordinate build assemblies for custom and production service jobs
• Attend weekly production meetings and update customers with new ETAs
• Maintain and update the Sales Order Tracking Report
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment
• Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong telephone presence and professional communication skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and web-based applications
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Detail-oriented with a solutions-focused mindset
• Familiarity with Nextiva phone systems is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or sales support preferred
