MUST BE OREGON RESIDENT- This is a 100% REMOTE opportunity.
MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE OR HEALTH INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities
· Provide information, education and assistance to members, providers, other insurance companies, attorneys, agents/brokers or other customer representatives on recorded phone lines regarding benefits, claims and eligibility.
· Respond to multiple inquiries on all designated lines of business.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1 year customer service call center experience within some form of healthcare OR health insurance
· Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
· Demonstrated ability of strong customer-service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette.
· Exceptional communication skills
· Keyboarding skills of 30 wpm with 95% accuracy.
