Job Description

Job Description

We’re looking for a cybersecurity professional who doesn’t just check boxes—but builds smart, secure systems that keep threats at bay while enabling innovation. As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer , you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding infrastructure, guiding strategy, and making complex challenges feel solvable across a fast-paced enterprise environment.

This isn’t a heads-down security admin role—it’s a cross-functional, high-impact position where you’ll influence decisions, implement key solutions, and continuously improve how we approach digital protection and risk.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to technical teams and business units, helping align security practices with operational and business goals.
  • Architect and manage modern security platforms like SSE (including DLP, CASB, ZTNA), IAM/PAM solutions, XDR, and cloud-native security tools.
  • Lead the design, deployment, and fine-tuning of enterprise security solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Analyze systems and configurations to identify vulnerabilities and design effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams to conduct structured risk assessments and implement controls aligned with recognized frameworks.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex security issues—providing resolution guidance, conducting investigations, and ensuring clear documentation.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to assess security tools, evaluate platforms, and ensure smooth deployment and management.
  • Mentor peers and junior team members, sharing your expertise to build a security-first mindset across the organization.
  • Stay sharp—stay current on trends, threats, and technologies, and proactively enhance our security posture.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering, with a strong foundation in enterprise security practices.
  • Experience supporting large-scale environments and collaborating across global teams or business units.
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), IAM, and endpoint protection systems.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001/2, or COBIT.
  • Hands-on work with SIEMs, behavioral analytics tools, threat intelligence platforms, and security automation.
  • Certifications like CISSP, or similar credentials, are a plus—but real-world skills and mindset matter most.
  • A collaborative spirit—you thrive in environments that value communication, transparency, and joint problem-solving.
