Positions: Lead Cabling Technician + Cabling Technicians

Travelers Welcome! (Per diem available)

We're looking for skilled Data Center Cabling Technicians with strong fiber optic experience to support an onsite cabling project in New Albany, Ohio. Both Lead and Technician roles are available, and candidates who can travel are encouraged to apply.

Schedule

Monday–Saturday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes OT)

Technicians Must Provide:

• ESD-compliant safety shoes
• Cut-resistant gloves
• Cable Velcro ties
  

Job Scope (Leads + Techs):

• Inspect and clean fiber cables using industry-approved tools
• Troubleshoot, test, re-terminate, re-patch, and clean fiber patch cables (no splicing)
• Label both ends of cables following a customer-provided schema
• Install pre-terminated fiber according to the client cabling matrix
• Route cabling through existing overhead ladder racks and trays
• Secure, dress, and organize all fiber pathways professionally
• Customer will supply: Fiber inspection probe, Labeler, Fiber cleaning kits
