We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the appliance repair industry. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, assisting with dispatch operations, and managing parts ordering to ensure efficient repair service.

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data related to appliance repairs, customer information, and parts inventory.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and support.
Assist with dispatching service requests and coordinating technician schedules.
Order necessary parts and ensure timely delivery for repair jobs.

Additional Information:

This position is located in Downtown Dallas, TX, and employees are expected to work on-site during office hours.
Salary is based on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week at $17.00 per hour in the first year, increasing to $19.00 per hour in the second year.
