Current college junior, senior, or graduate level student
Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
Experience with MS Office with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
Strong presentation skills
Ability to network and interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with Argus, Salesforce and Tableau is a plus

The minimum salary for the Intern position is $20.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Intern position is $22.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
