Radiant Brands, LLC is the U.S. branch of  Kaleidos Makeup , a globally recognized indie beauty brand known for  bold color, artistic expression, and creative storytelling . We're building our U.S. marketing team in  Austin, TX , and looking for passionate talent to help shape the brand's next chapter.

If you live and breathe  vibrant makeup and digital content , and you’re eager to create  scroll-stopping visuals for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube—and beyond , this role is for you.

As a  Digital Content Creator – Color Cosmetics , you’ll develop and produce visually compelling content that captures the spirit of Kaleidos Makeup across digital platforms. Your work will be instrumental in showcasing our products, driving engagement, and visually evolving our brand in the U.S. market.

• Conceptualize, film, and edit  short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) for social platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative and product teams to translate  beauty trends, product features, and brand identity into compelling content.
• Support ongoing  visual enhancements to our website , including creating banners, home page assets, and other key visual elements.
• Stay on top of  platform updates, visual trends, and viral styles to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Support influencer-driven content projects and occasional in-house shoots.
• Maintain creative consistency and a high level of polish across all digital visual touchpoints.

• A  makeup enthusiast with a special love for  color cosmetics and bold artistic looks.
• A hands-on  digital content creator with strong visual instincts and editing skills.
• A  creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, able to translate product features into engaging content.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a  fast-paced, creative environment .
• Interested in contributing to a brand’s  visual identity across social and web platforms.

We welcome a range of applicants—from  recent graduates with a strong creative portfolio to  experienced content creators . What matters most is your  vision, originality, and passion for makeup .

Preferred (but not required):

• Degree in  Art, Communications, Visual Design, Marketing, or related fields
• Proficiency with  CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects , or other editing/design tools
• Experience creating content for  TikTok, Instagram, YouTube , and optimizing for each
• Familiarity with web visuals (e.g., banners, homepage layouts) and  basic digital design principles
• Strong understanding of  beauty industry trends and aesthetics
