Compensation & Perks Pay: $20–$25/hr (≈ $41,600 – $52,000 annually, based on 40 hrs/week) Schedule: 38–50 hours/week; open availability required. Sundays off + 1 additional day. Guest Experience (CEM): Top 20% in all metrics. Food Safety: No high-risk or repeat violations. Quality Audits: 99% or higher. SAFE Daily Criticals: 100% completion. Productivity: $70+ daily average.
