Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a eDiscovery Associate to join a highly regarded firm.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of eDiscovery Litigation experience, including preservation strategies, briefing, arguing motions, meet and confers, working with experts and counseling clients. The ability to explain technology and legal concepts to non-technical lawyers is also important. Relevant industry affiliations or labor and employment experience are a plus. Must be licensed to practice law in California .

Compensation & Benefits:
