Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and outgoing
Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to key staff, ensuring they have all the support they need. Your responsibilities will include phone calls, data entry, scheduling appointments, and gathering reports to name a few. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills, technologically proficient and have a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities - Supporting key staff with back office tasks
- Making phone calls to delinquent members
- Organizing data, running reports and gathering analytics
- Building standard operating procedures documents with the GM
- Write emails and distribute them appropriately
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Managing communications between staff and vendors
Qualifications - College students welcome- Internship opportunities
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position preferred
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
