Entry-Level Carrier Sales Representative

Grane Logistics Express (GLX) is seeking an ambitious and driven Entry-Level Carrier Sales Representative to join our fast-paced and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to break into the logistics industry with a company committed to excellence, innovation, and long-term success.

In this role, you will help develop and manage relationships with trucking companies (carriers), ensuring GLX consistently delivers exceptional service to our customers. This position provides hands-on exposure to carrier sales, operations, and account management, with full training and mentoring included. This role is a salary position plus commission.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and Onboard Carriers
  Source and build relationships with new carriers through cold calling, research, and lead generation.
• Negotiate and Align Freight
  Match carrier capacity to customer demand through strategic negotiation and portfolio management.
• Provide Outstanding Service
  Proactively address potential service issues and solve problems quickly to ensure shipment success.
• Manage Shipment Details
  Ensure all load details are clearly communicated to carriers and accurately documented in our TMS.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Work closely with our customer operations, account management, and sales teams to ensure seamless freight execution.
• Grow With Us
  Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as you progress in your role.

  Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience or strong motivation.
