You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of restoration services, including assessing damage, cleaning, demolition, and prepping for construction.

Compensation:

• No experience - will start at $17/hour
• With experience- pay negotiable based on skillset
• Average yearly income $37,000-$65,000

$37,000 - $65,000+ per year

• Demo and rebuild damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing
• Execute all water mitigation and extraction services
• Mend and refurbish the home or business

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and listening skills are a must
• Comfortable with fieldwork, and working in all types of weather and environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and in good physical fitness and stamina for cleanup

• MUST live within 50 miles of our office in Auburn Hills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills
• Able to participate in our rotational on-call after-hours schedule
• Empathy and compassion
• Willing to learn new things every day
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience and certifications are a plus!
