What You'll Be Doing:
Meet with Families on Zoom – Run virtual appointments weekly to review benefits and finalize policies using e-signatures.
Follow Up & Build Relationships – Stay connected with clients, answer questions, and collect 3–5 referrals per appointment.
Grow Into Leadership – Coach new reps, lead daily team huddles, and help build our growing national team.
No Cold Calling – All appointments are with families who requested coverage through their union or association.
What You’ll Need:
Great communication skills on Zoom (coachable & professional)
Self-discipline and drive to hit weekly activity goals
Basic tech skills – CRM, Zoom, Calendly, Slack, etc.
Life & Health license (or willing to get one – we help you!)
Interest in future leadership or mentorship opportunities
Perks & Pay:
Uncapped Income: First-year reps average $65K–$120K. Top reps earn $150K–$200K+.
Flexible Schedule: Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. (excluding NY, CA, MN).
No Prospecting: We provide all leads – no cold calls, no door knocking.
