The Role
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who is equal parts high EQ, sharp execution, and unshakable calm. You’ll serve as a critical force multiplier for the CEO—maximizing his time, helping manage the chaos of scale, and ensuring Autonomize’s leadership team stays coordinated, prepared, and focused. If you thrive in ambiguity, love bringing order to complexity, and get a thrill from being five steps ahead, read on. This isn’t a traditional EA role. You’ll be at the heart of the company—supporting a founder-CEO, interfacing with investors and customers, and driving projects that directly impact Autonomize’s success. You’ll be expected to lead with discretion, adapt quickly, and bring a product mindset to how we work.
