POSITION OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate will be adept at sourcing, screening, matching, coaching & placing top talent in the Accounting, Finance, IT and HR verticals. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source, Screen, Present and Place talented A&F, IT & HR talent.
• Develop new relationships to grow business and help company expand
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
• Ability to develop a deep network of candidates in the Southern California Market
• Strong negotiation & closing skills, well versed in the different methods/tactics/techniques for closing deals in the staffing world.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of Recruiting experience (Agency Staffing required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful sourcing strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Looking for someone who knows how to do the job effectively, knows their own style and can execute, but also not be afraid to continue growing/developing & adding to their bag of tricks.
• Must know how to have fun ON THE JOB.
