Skier's Marine is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boat Sales Representative to join our team at the Westover, AL location. If you have a passion for the boating lifestyle, a proven track record in sales, and are ready to represent world-class brands, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

• Guide customers through the entire sales process for our premium lineup of boats (including wake boats, pontoons, and cruisers).

• Use your expertise to help customers find the perfect boat that fits their needs and budget.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction before and after the sale.

• Work with our financing, service, and parts teams to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

• Actively pursue new leads and build long-term relationships with the local boating community.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in boat or marine sales is required.
  
  
• A strong understanding of the boating lifestyle and product knowledge (specific knowledge of our brands is a plus).

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• A positive, results-driven attitude and professional demeanor.

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and a clean driving record are required
• Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
