What You’ll Do:
· Manage clients and oversee their accounting, payroll, tax planning, and preparation.
· Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality work.
· Handle outsourcing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
· Provide expert advice on complex tax issues.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in a CPA firm.
· Active CPA or EA certification is preferred
· Strong communication skills and experience with accounting software.
· Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
